Worst place to go to, ever!
Granted, i haven't ate here since May 2012, so circumstances may have changed by now.
The reason i haven't reviewed my experience sooner is because i didnt know about this site until today.
So basically, i was at a friends house last year having a sleep over, watching films, when 9pm hit and we realised we hadn't eaten yet (Whoops!), i suggested a take away as there wasnt much in to eat at his house, he agreed and i noticed an advertisement for Momma's on his bedside table, he said it had come earlier that day, due to the fact Momma's was advertising everything i wanted, i thought it was fate and told my friend to get his phone and ring them.
I sat back and waited for him to be answered, when he was, he said the usual 'Hello, i'd like to order this that and the other etc' to which he then started shaking his head at me, i was confused so i mouthed 'what?' at him, he then put his phone on speakerphone. the man talking back was not english, nor was he in anyway shape or form understandable, in fact he was speaking to us in a mix of english and some other asian language, he very clearly should not have been the person answering the phone.
My friend then said 'erm, yes so could i have -- ?'
The man then went 'cheese and tomato' (we were ordering pizza)
my friend said 'No sorry we want pepperoni'
The man replied with 'only cheese and tomato'
i couldn't believe it, a takeaway that specialises in pizza, thats meant to be open for another two hours. had run out of any pizza that wasn't basic.
My friend shrugged at me and i knew i had to eat soon as i was feeling sick by now due to hunger, i nodded at my friend and said 'Yeah okay just order it'
My friend said 'Okay then we'll have a large cheese and tomato pizza and..'
At which point he was interrupted by 'only small pizza'
My friend said 'You've only got small pizzas?'
The man said 'yes, small'
My friend then said 'Im ordering for two people mate i need something bigger than small'
i could see my friend was getting very annoyed by now, as was i.
The man retorted with 'we have chicken'
My friend said 'No, look, i phoned up to order a pizza and not only are you telling me you only have cheese and tomato pizza's but you're also telling me they're only small, why dont you just close your store for the night to stop other hungry people wasting there time'
The man on the end of the phone then said 'could i take card details please?'
WHAT?!
My friend immediately hung up and we ordered domino's.
Buying from Momma's was the worst idea in the whole world. -

Never been a big one for mommas pizza, they are always very greasy.

Nice pizzas alway fresh & hot, i like to choose my own toppings and there are plenty to pick from. Staff are always polite and efficient. Only drawback is it can be quite expensive although you can get some meal deals which include a large pizza, garlic pizza, wedges & bottle of coke for £19.99.
